Speere für den Nah- kampf und Schilde, vgl. 84 f. 147. ποιμάνωρ 75. — ουν, wenn sie kein Oberhaupt haben. Herod. VII 103 κῶς ἂν δυναίατο ἐόντες γε ἐλεύθεροι πάντες ὁμοίως καὶ μὴ ὑπ᾽ ἑνὸς ἀρχόμενοι στρατῷ τοσῷδε ἀντιστῆναι; Auf diese Frage des Xerxes antwortet Demaratos: ἐλεύ- θεροι ἐόντες οὐ πάντα ἐλεύθεροί εἰσι· ἔπεστι γάρ σφι δεσπότης νό- μος, τὸν ὑποδειμαίνουσι πολλῷ ἔτι μᾶλλον ἢ οἱ σοὶ σέ. ἐπήλυδας wie Sept. 34; anders Suppl. 195. 401. 611. κιόντων 8. v. α. ἐλθόντων, von κιών (Part. Dieses Mannes Lauf giebt sich als ein persischer kund für das Erkennen, man sieht es dem, Manne an, daſs er ein persischer Läufer ist. πρέπει Suppl. 721: πρέπουσιν ἄνδρες νήϊοι ἰδεῖν. Soph.
