[8] This statue of Hermōn was not unexpectedly made by Theokosmos of Megara, who had been enrolled as a citizen of that city. The Dioskouroi were made by Antiphanes of Argos; the seer [
mantis] by Pison, from Kalaureia, in the territory of Troizen; the Artemis, Poseidon, and also Lysander by Dameas; the Apollo and Zeus by Athenodoros. The last two artists were Arcadians from Kleitor.
