Antoninus Heliogobalus

1. The Emperor Philippus Arabs. His prohibition of this vice is also recorded in Alex., xxiv. 4, and Victor, Caes., xxviii. 6.
2. A musical instrument with three strings, probably resembling the lute. The name has been perpetuated in a modern Italian instrument of the mandoline type.
