2. 17. Or, ‘I will set peace (for) thy government, and righteousness thine overseers
3. 21. Or, ‘possess the earth': ‘planting’: or, ‘plantation.’ Heb. text has 'his,' margin ‘my’ (??) (for). (??). Lit. ‘for beautifying
4. 22. Lit. ‘the small' (Heb. has no comp. or superl. forms) : ‘the little.
5. 1. ‘opening,’ generally of eyes, but perhaps here of the prison.
6. 2. Or, ‘of our God.
