σκόπει πῶς δικαιοῖς ᾿Ορέστην φεύγειν.
They warn Apollo not to advocate the cause of a man who, even if acquitted, will be excluded from all civil and religious rights. As φυγεῖν, not φεύγειν, means to be acquitted, we must understand in his being a defendant, i.e. in the present cause. Cf. Ajax 1346
