αὐτοῖσιν (Krüger I 43, 1, 3) ἡμῖν mit der bei Ausdrücken der Gleichheit geläufigen Brachylogie. Vgl. Hom. P 51 κόμαι Χαρίτεσσιν ὁμοῖαι. Die Kritik, welche Euripides El. 527 an diesem Erkennungsmittel übt: χαίτης πῶς συνοίσεται πλόκος, ὃ μὲν παλαίστραις ἀνδρὸς εὐγενοῦς τραφείς, ὃ δὲ κτενισμοῖς θῆλυς; ἀλλ᾽ ἀμήχανον. πολλοῖς δ᾽ ἂν εὕροις βοστρύχους ὁμοπτέρους καὶ μὴ γεγῶσιν αἵματος ταὐτοῦ, γέρον, ist zwar an und für sich gerechtfertigt, läfst aber die Naivetät der Äschyleischen Poesie aufser acht.
