[95] ἡ δ’ ἅτε ἐν ἀλλοτρίᾳ γῇ παρ’ ἀκρατεῖ τε καὶ ὠμοθύμῳ δυνάστῃ τοῦ βοηθήσοντος ἀποροῦσα — οὐδὲ γὰρ ὁ ἀνὴρ ἔσθενεν ἀρήγειν
τὸν ἐπικρεμάμενον ἐκ τῶν δυνατωτέρων φόβον δεδιώς — ἐπὶ τὴν τελευταίαν ἅμ’ ἐκείνῳ καταφεύγει συμμαχίαν τὴν ἐκ θεοῦ.
