1. Mentioned nowhere else except in the spurious letter in Claud., vii. 4, and probably an invention of the biographer's. Nothing is known of either Passienus or Pomponianus, or the alleged murderess, whose existence Hubert Goltzius attempted to prove by forging coins bearing the legend Licin.
