1. There are five islands off the Hiera Acta, which is now Cape Khelidonia The Greeks still call them Cheledoniae, of which the Italians make Celidoni; and the Turks have adopted the Italian name, and call them Shelidan. Smith, art. Chelidoniae Insulae.
