1. Pind. I. 1.1 Μᾶτερ ἐμά, τὸ τεόν, χρύσασπι Θήβα, πρᾶγμα καὶ ἀσχολίας ὑπέρτερον θήσομαι. My mother, Thebes of the golden shield, I will consider thy interest greater even than business.
