[101] ἆρ’ οὐ προσφυῶς εὐφυΐᾳ μὲν [ἡ] μνήμη, μαθήσει δὲ ἀνάμνησις ἐφαρμόζεται; καὶ μὴν ὃν λόγον ἔχει Συμεὼν πρὸς
Ῥουβήν, τὸ δ’ ἐστὶ μάθησις πρὸς φύσιν, τοῦτον ἔχει λόγον Μανασσῆς πρὸς Ἐφραΐμ, τὸ δ’ ἐστὶ πρὸς μνήμην ἀνάμνησις.

And, indeed, the same relation which Simeon bears to Reuben, that is to say, learning to natural endowment, the same does Manasseh bear to Ephraim, and the same does recollection bear to memory.
