1. The reading ἀσώματα can be retained if we alter ταῦτα to λεκτά, the sense thus being the meanings of spoken words are also incorporeal. Yet a parallel change is required in § 134. Professor Pearson suggests εἶναι δὲ καὶ τὰ ἀσώματα ὁμοίως, introducing § 141.
